Shipping Rates and Shipping Info

Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days of order being placed online at Trendy Tummy Maternity Boutique,unless otherwise notified. www.trendytummymaternity.com.

Some of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer. These special order items may take a few days longer to ship out-depending on where you are located. If you have any specific shipping questions about your order,please contact us.


We ship the majority of our orders via USPS - United States Postal Service from our main shipping office in North Carolina. International/Canadian customers are responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees. Our shipping and handling rates below are based on order total using USPS First Class & Priority shipping. If you are needing your order expedited we can certainly try to accommodate you.

Most items now ship from our shipping office in the United States and shipping within the US takes approx 3-5 days and shipping from the US to Canada can take between 6-10 days, although in some rare cases it can take longer.

Exchanges/Returns


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES:


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return your item,please see below.

* Returns and Exchanges must be received back to us within 35 days of order being placed online. However,if the item was on back-order we will look at the date shipped rather than the invoice/order date.

*Please be advised, returns received back to us after the 35 day period, must be for an Exchange Only or Store Credit (within a reasonable period of time). Returns received back to us after 60 days will be for Store Credit only. Please include a completed return/exchange form for items sent back over 35 days(less than 60 days) and note on form what you would like in exchange. If no form is received in the returned package, a store credit memo will be emailed to you.

*Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the garment(s) or item received was damaged.

* Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.

* Returns that were paid with a gift certificate will be issued a store credit only (above return policies will still apply).

* Any special offer deduction you received on your original purchase will be recalculated when merchandise is returned or exchanged, such as a free shipping discount or other discounts applied.

Your returned item(s) must be in new,undamaged, unworn condition with the original tags attached (if applicable).

*Most items can be returned or exchanged however some items such as skin care, nursing covers, undergarments, lingerie, some swim wear and any noted final sale items are final sales.

***EXCHANGE ONLY ITEMS - some items will have noted in their page description that the product is EXCHANGE ONLY. If this is the case, you may ONLY exchange for another COLOR, SIZE or STYLE

1.Print and Fill out this Return Form and mail item(s) to the return address above . Once received, we will process a return and issue a refund (less shipping and discounts). Due to the volume of orders we process, please allow up to 1 billing cycle (approx 3-4 weeks) for the refund to appear on your credit card statement


2. ** Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip (which you should have received in your package)

HOW TO EXCHANGE:


1. Place a new order online at www.trendytummymaternity.com for the item(s) you would like. This is so we can ship out immediately, charge for shipping and not wait for the return item(s) and possibly have an out of stock situation


2.Print and Fill out this Return Form and send original order item(s) to the return address below . Once received, we will process a return and issue a refund (less shipping and discounts). Damaged Items:
Damaged Items must be reported to us via email or phone, within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to document and provide correct return address.

1.What is the best size for me?
We suggest that you order your pre-pregnancy size-see our general size guide below. Also,see item description for specific item sizing,if applicable.

2. What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.


3. What is the best way to get in touch with you?

4. What are your exchange and return policies?
Exchanges and returns for eligible items must be received within 30 days from order being placed online. Please see our return and exchange info for detailed info.

5. Can I cancel an order?
Your order can be cancelled if it has not shipped out. If your order is a special order item it cannot be cancelled.Please contact us if you have questions.

6. When will you ship out my order?
Most order are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Items that are shipped from our supplier or manufacturers may take a few days longer.Standard ground shipping will take generally 5-7 business days once it has been shipped- see our detailed shipping info section

7. When will you charge my credit card?
For the majority of items your credit card will be charged after your order has shipped.Special items that ship directly from our supplier or manufacturer-like our infant and toddler bedding and nursery decor-must be paid in full.

8. Can you send me a catalog?
Our maternity styles are updated all the time and most catalogs would be outdated upon receipt. Please visit our website for the newest hottest styles!

9.Are the prices on your site in USD or CAD?
Yahoo e-commerce sites are only set-up for US currency- therefore we have converted all Canadian prices to US dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience to our Canadian customers.

10. Will I be charged tax on my order?
Our main shipping office is located in NC, so any orders shipping to a NC address will be charged 7.75% at checkout. Other customers should check with their local state/province, to see if there are any applicable tax laws.
