Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days of order being placed online at Trendy Tummy Maternity Boutique,unless otherwise notified.

Some of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer. These special order items may take a few days longer to ship out-depending on where you are located. If you have any specific shipping questions about your order,please contact us.
We ship the majority of our orders via USPS - United States Postal Service. The customer is responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees (which are very minimal using USPS). Our shipping and handling rates below are based on order total using USPS Priority shipping. If you are needing your order expedited we can certainly try to accommodate you.
Most items now ship from our shipping office in the United States and shipping within the US takes approx 3-5 days and shipping from the US to Canada can take between 6-10 days, although in some rare cases it can take longer.

Exchanges/Returns
RETURNS:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return your item,please see below.
* Returns and Exchanges must be received back to us within 35 days of order being placed online. However,if the item was on back-order we will look at the date shipped rather than the invoice/order date.
*Please be advised, returns received back to us
after the 35 day period, must be for an Exchange Only or Store Credit (within a reasonable period of time). Returns received back to us after 60 days will be for Store Credit only.
Please include a completed return/exchange form for items sent back over 35 days(less than 60 days) and note on form what you would like in exchange. If no form is received in the returned package, a store credit memo will be emailed to you. *Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the garment(s) or item received was damaged.
* Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.

Any special offer deduction you received on your original purchase will be recalculated when merchandise is returned or exchanged, such as a free shipping discount or other discounts applied.How to Return:1.Print and Fill out this

return address below and we will process a return and issue a refund for the original order when item is received (less shipping).

** Please be sure to include the completed Return/Exchange Form in the package, once your return is received at our returns department we will notify you via email. Return will be processed and refund issued. Due to the volume of orders we process, please allow up to 1 billing cycle for refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Your returned item(s) must be in new,undamaged, unworn condition with the original tags attached (tags attached-if applicable).
*Most items can be returned or exchanged however some items such as skin care, nursing covers, undergarments, lingerie, swim wear,and any special order items are
final sales.

EXCHANGES:
WE RECOMMEND: To expedite your exchange we recommend you reorder the item you would like online and handle your original purchase as a return for refund. This should prevent an out of stock situation for the item you would like.
1. Place a new order online for the item you would like (so we can ship out asap and not wait for the return and possibly have an out of stock situation for the item you want).
2.Then fill out this
Return/Exchange Form and send original order/item to the
return address below and we will process a return and issue a refund for the original order when item is received (less shipping).

** Please be sure to include the completed Return/Exchange Form in the package, (please mark as refund on the form as this original order is treated as a refund as you will be placing a new order online-for the item you want-and will be receiving a refund for the original order once received).

If you do not want to place a new order online - please fill out this Return/Exchange Form and mark the form as exchange and note what item you would like in exchange for original order. We will contact you if the item requested (as noted on your return/exchange form) is out of stock (please note this can take up to 4 weeks to receive and process returns which is why we recommend placing a new order online so there is not an out of stock situation for the item you want).

Damaged Items must be reported to us via email or phone, within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to document and provide correct return address.

We suggest that you order your pre-pregnancy size-see our general size guide below. Also,see item description for specific item sizing,if applicable.
2. What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
3. What is the best way to get in touch with you?

4. What are your exchange and return policies?
Exchanges and returns for eligible items must be received within 30 days from order being placed online. Please see our return and exchange info for detailed info.
5. Can I cancel an order?
Your order can be cancelled if it has not shipped out. If your order is a special order item it cannot be cancelled.Please contact us if you have questions.
6. When will you ship out my order?
Most order are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Items that are shipped from our supplier or manufacturers may take a few days longer.Standard ground shipping will take generally 5-7 business days once it has been shipped- see our detailed shipping info section
7. When will you charge my credit card?
For the majority of items your credit card will be charged after your order has shipped.Special items that ship directly from our supplier or manufacturer-like our infant and toddler bedding and nursery decor-must be paid in full.
8. Can you send me a catalog?
Our maternity styles are updated all the time and most catalogs would be outdated upon receipt. Please visit our website for the newest hottest styles!
9.Are the prices on your site in USD or CAD?
Yahoo e-commerce sites are only set-up for US currency- therefore we have converted all Canadian prices to US dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience to our Canadian customers. Paypal will do all necessary conversions for you at checkout.
